Compensation includes a $70,000–$80,000 base salary, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial roofing service, scheduling, dispatch, or coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple service requests.
• Comfortable communicating with customers, field crews, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule commercial roofing service calls, repairs, inspections, and maintenance work.
• Organize daily and weekly schedules for service crews and technicians.
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, job status, and follow-up.
• Work closely with field crews, Project Managers, and Operations to keep service work moving.
• Prioritize incoming service requests based on urgency and customer needs.
• Track open work orders, completed jobs, documentation, and follow-up items.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower as needed.
• Help establish better processes and structure for the existing service operation.
• Support leadership as they work to grow commercial service, repair, and maintenance revenue.
