Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and schedule commercial roofing service calls, repairs, inspections, and maintenance.
• Organize daily and weekly schedules for service crews and technicians.
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, job status, and follow-up.
• Work with field crews, Project Managers, and Operations to keep service work moving.
• Prioritize incoming service requests based on urgency and customer needs.
• Track open work orders, completed jobs, documentation, and follow-up items.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower as needed.
• Help establish better processes and structure for the existing service operation.
• Support leadership as they grow commercial service, repair, and maintenance revenue.

$70,000–$80,000 Base Salary, dependent on experience + Benefits + Growth Opportunity A well-established commercial roofing contractor in Austin is looking for a

Service Coordinator / Scheduler to help organize and grow its commercial service operation.

This is a newly created position. Service currently represents approximately 2–3% of the company's overall business, and leadership sees a real opportunity to build this side of the operation.

The immediate focus is organization: keeping service calls moving, coordinating crews and customers, improving scheduling and communication, and creating more structure around the existing service work. As the department grows, this position has the opportunity to grow with it.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and schedule commercial roofing service calls, repairs, inspections, and maintenance work.
• Organize daily and weekly schedules for service crews and technicians.
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, job status, and follow-up.
