Job summary

Bone Dry Roofing is hiring a Commercial Service Coordinator to handle customer communications for commercial repairs and residential low-slope projects. You will keep clients updated on progress, timelines, and invoicing, while building strong relationships and improving service processes.

The role emphasizes organized communication, service excellence, and cross‑functional collaboration with Service Managers and internal teams. Knowledge of Jobba and Acumatica is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake of service requests from service customers.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Coordinate schedules with Service Managers to ensure projects are scheduled promptly.
• Communicate scheduling updates to customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and develop process improvements as we grow nationally.
