You will read plans, coordinate with crews, and ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining high-quality workmanship and compliance with OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or similar role.
• Ability to read plans and shop drawings.
• Commitment to OSHA safety standards and safe work practices.
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to submit weekly invoices for work completed

Responsabilités

• Establish and supervise subcontractor technicians for roofing systems.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment.
