Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial roofing experience.
• 2+ years leading crews or acting as a lead technician/foreman.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, and Modified Bitumen.
• Strong commitment to jobsite safety and OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise service technicians on commercial roofing service calls and repair projects.
• Diagnose complex roof leaks and determine proper repair strategies.
• Ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards.
• Train and mentor technicians on repair techniques and safety practices.
