• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Achieves annual production and growth goals for loans, deposits, and fees to meet financial targets.
• Initiates and develops new business through outside development activities.
• Maintains ongoing contact with new clients to enhance their experience with First Interstate Bank.
• Builds and maintains a referral pipeline through internal and external centers of influence.
• Analyzes credit to determine client borrowing qualifications and ensures portfolio quality.
