Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet annual production and growth goals for loans, deposits, and fees.
• Develop new business through outside activities.
• Maintain ongoing contact with new clients to enhance experience.
• Assess client needs via financial data and relationship reviews.
• Promote bank products and cross-sell opportunities.
• Oversee underwriting and portfolio risk management to ensure asset quality.
