Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 7-9 years in commercial lending or commercial credit underwriting.
• Completion of formal Credit Analyst training.
• Experience in asset-based lending, capital structure finance, and trade finance.

Responsibilities

• Achieves annual production and growth goals for loan, deposits and fees.
• Initiates and develops new business through outside activities.
• Maintains contact with new clients to enhance client experience with the bank.
• Develops understanding of client needs via reviews and meetings.
• Promotes bank products and services to meet client needs.
• Manages portfolio to ensure sound asset quality and proper risk assessment.
