Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• 4–6 years in commercial lending or underwriting
• Strong credit analysis and financial statement skills
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; PowerPoint experience beneficial

Responsibilities

• Achieves annual production and growth goals for loans, deposits and fees.
• Initiates and develops new business through outside activities.
• Maintains ongoing contact with new clients to enhance the client experience.
• Develops understanding of client needs based on financial data from relationship reviews.
• Analyzes credit to determine borrowing qualifications.
