Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial lending/credit underwriting.
• Strong ability to analyze financial data and assess credit risk.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieves annual production and growth goals for loan, deposits, and fees to ensure bank targets.
• Initiates and develops new business through outside development activities.
• Maintains contact with new clients to enhance client experience with First Interstate Bank.
• Develops understanding of client needs from financial data and meetings.
