Responsibilities

• Develop depository and loan relationships with prospective clients.
• Manage and maintain existing clients; monitor financial conditions with minimal oversight.
• Oversee credit renewals; resolve problems and cross-sell other products with product specialists.
• Meet with CPAs, attorneys, real estate agents, business owners, and executives to assess financial needs and provide expert advice.
• Independently assess creditworthiness; review financial statements and collateral to determine risk and pricing.
• Monitor loan repayment; take action to collect past-due accounts.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products, services, and credit standards; stay informed on market trends.
• Ensure BSA/AML compliance and complete related online courses.
