Qualifications

• 4+ years in upper Business Banking/Lower Middle Market experience.
• Completion of Commercial Credit Training
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong knowledge of sales force and various lending applications
• Strong sense of customer service, satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Manage, acquire and deepen a portfolio of commercial customer relationships.
• Provide advisory-led discussions to assess client needs and position value-added recommendations.
• Engage COIs and internal partners to uncover new business opportunities.
• Operate in a fast-paced sales culture with goals for loan and deposit growth and fee income.
• Engage in community activity to expand the customer base and uphold company commitments.
