Citizens Business Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of Commercial clients and develop strong business relationships that lead to commercial loans (C&I), deposits and other banking products.

The role supports Center sales and service efforts to ensure retention of existing relationships and growth of new relationships, with emphasis on teamwork and delivering The Citizens Experience.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience in banking.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of Commercial clients and develop relationships that lead to loans and deposits.
• Assist with Center sales and service to retain and grow relationships.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and audit procedures.
• Work with the Center budget to meet deposit, loan, and net income goals.
• Uphold CRA policies and lead to center earnings and growth.
