Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance or related field required with five years of credit, commercial loan, banking or financial services experience
• Demonstrates effective sales and customer service skills with solid understanding of relevant legal issues
• Maintains confidentiality of customer and employee information
• Self-starter able to work independently with a strong sense of urgency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop depository and loan client relationships with prospective clients via consultative approach
• Manage and monitor existing clients’ financial conditions and banking needs with minimal oversight
• Oversee credit renewals, resolve issues, and cross-sell other bank products with product specialist support
• Meet centers of influence and professionals to assess financial needs and provide expert guidance on loans and risk
• Independently assess creditworthiness and analyze financial statements, tax returns, collateral, and cash flows
• Ensure compliance with BSA/AML policies and bank regulations while maintaining professional community relations
