Job summary

Citizens Business Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial clients and cultivate strong banking relationships. The role focuses on advancing loans (Commercial and Industrial), deposits and other banking products while supporting Center sales and service objectives.

You will help retain existing relationships and grow new ones, contributing to the Center's earnings and growth while adhering to bank policies and CRA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to build and maintain commercial client relationships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with banking products, loans and deposits is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial clients and develop banking relationships.
• Assist with center sales and service initiatives to retain and grow relationships.
• Support achievement of budgeted deposit, loan and net income goals.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and CRA objectives.
