Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Manager of Strategic Commercial Readiness & Onboarding to lead the onboarding and enablement program for the U.S. sales team. This role requires coordinating with engineering, product, and operations to ensure rapid day-one readiness and strong business operations knowledge.

The position involves travel up to 50% across the U.S. and may be remote depending on location. A bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in training, enablement, or program management are required.

Qualifications

• 4 years in Corporate Training, Instructional Design, Sales Operations, Business Enablement, or Program Management.
• Training & Enablement Experience: 3+ years delivering training programs or onboarding initiatives.
• Program Execution & Delivery: proven track record of structured curricula and readiness across diverse teams.
• Operational Coordination: manage cross-functional stakeholders and calendars, resources, and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Go-to-Market Onboarding & Enablement program for U.S. sales team members, ensuring full readiness across technical solutions and internal business operations.
• Develop and execute training modules covering internal business processes, sales operations tools, CRM workflows, and commercial best practices.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product and Operations to design, optimize, and scale the end-to-end curriculum.
