Job summary

Motorola Solutions, including Silvus Technologies, is seeking a Manager of Strategic Commercial Readiness & Onboarding to lead onboarding and enablement for the U.S. sales team.

This role drives training programs, collaborates with engineering, product, and sales ops, and ensures day-one readiness for new hires across domestic regions. You will coordinate with internal experts, manage the training calendar, and travel up to 50% for on-site sessions and trade shows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 4 years in Corporate Training, Instructional Design, Sales Operations, Business Enablement, or Program Management.
• Training & Enablement Experience: 3+ years delivering training programs or onboarding.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to government contracts.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• U.S. Program Execution: Drive the Go-to-Market Onboarding & Enablement program for U.S. sales.
• Business Operations Training: Develop training modules on internal processes, sales tools, CRM workflows, and best practices.
• Collaborative Development & Optimization: Partner across Sales, Engineering, Product and Operations to design and scale curriculum.
• Cross-Functional Expert Coordination: Coordinate with SMEs to ensure training assets are up-to-date and effective.
• Total Readiness Governance: Maintain a Skill Matrix to identify and address gaps in technical and operational readiness.
• Continuous Learning Management: Manage calendar for refresher and advanced skills training across the U.S.
• Operational Logistics: Manage logistics, scheduling, and resources for national training programs.
• Field Readiness Mentoring: Guide new hires as they engage with clients to achieve field proficiency.
