Job summary

Motorola Solutions, through its Silvus Technologies unit, seeks a Manager of Strategic Commercial Readiness & Onboarding to drive US onboarding, training and go-to-market readiness for new sales hires. You will coordinate with engineering, product, and sales operations to ensure day-one readiness.

You will lead execution-focused programs, manage SMEs, and travel up to 50% to support training across the U.S. and at events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in corporate training, instructional design, sales operations, business enablement, or program management.
• 3+ years delivering training programs or onboarding initiatives.
• Experience executing structured training curricula with adult learning principles.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage complex logistics.
• U.S. citizenship required for government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Drive Go-to-Market onboarding and enablement for U.S. sales team members.
• Develop and execute training modules covering internal business processes and CRM workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product and Operations to design curricula.
• Coordinate with SMEs to ensure up-to-date training assets.
• Manage feedback loops and track readiness across the domestic team.
• Oversee calendar and logistics for national training programs.
• Mentor field readiness post-onboarding.
