Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4 years in Corporate Training, Instructional Design, Sales Operations, Business Enablement, or Program Management.
• Training & Enablement Experience: 3+ years delivering training programs or onboarding initiatives.
• Program Execution & Delivery: proven track record of structured training curricula and readiness across diverse teams.
• Operational Coordination: manage cross-functional stakeholders and complex program logistics.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Go-to-Market Onboarding & Enablement Program for the U.S. sales team.
• Develop and execute training modules on internal business processes, sales operations tools, and CRM workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Operations to design and scale the curriculum.
• Coordinate internal SMEs to keep training assets up-to-date and effective.
• Maintain a structured feedback loop and skill tracking for technical and operational readiness.
• Manage the operational calendar for recurring Refresher & Advanced Skills training.
• Oversee national training logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Mentor post-onboarding field readiness as new hires engage with clients.
• Travel up to 50% for on-site training, trade shows, and field demonstrations.
