Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Manager of Strategic Commercial Readiness & Onboarding to drive the onboarding and enablement program for our U.S. sales team.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and sales ops to ensure new hires are fully trained in both technical solutions and business operations, enabling day-one readiness. The role requires up to 50% travel for on-site training, trade shows, and field demonstrations across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4 years in Corporate Training, Instructional Design, Sales Operations, Business Enablement, or Program Management.
• 3+ years of experience delivering training programs, onboarding initiatives, or managing commercial enablement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Go-to-Market onboarding and enablement program for the U.S. sales team.
• Develop and execute training modules covering internal business processes and CRM workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Operations to design, optimize and scale the curriculum.
• Coordinate with SMEs to keep training assets up-to-date and effective.
• Maintain a structured feedback loop to identify gaps in technical and operational readiness.
• Manage the calendar for recurring Refresher & Advanced Skills training.
• Organize logistics for national training programs across time zones.
• Mentor new hires in the field to achieve proficiency post onboarding.
• Travel up to 50% for on-site training, trade shows, and demos.
