Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 4 years in Corporate Training, Instructional Design, Sales Operations, Business Enablement, or Program Management.
• Training & Enablement experience: 3+ years delivering training programs or onboarding initiatives.
• Program execution and delivery experience with structured curricula and adult learning.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen for government contracts.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Drive the US Go-to-Market onboarding and enablement program for the sales team.
• Develop and execute training modules covering internal processes and tools.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Operations to design and scale curricula.
• Coordinate with SMEs to keep training assets up-to-date and effective.
• Maintain a Skill Matrix to identify and address readiness gaps.
• Manage calendar for refresher and advanced skills training for the US team.
• Coordinate logistics for national training programs across time zones.
• Mentor field readiness post-onboarding as new hires engage with clients.
• Travel up to 50% for on-site training, trade shows, and demonstrations.
