Job summary

Terminix is seeking an Account Executive in Georgia to sell pest management services to commercial clients across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail. You will join a results-oriented team, participate in a thorough training program, and learn to identify infestations and present effective proposals and presentations to win business.

The role emphasizes a customer-focused approach, collaboration with internal teams, and the ability to travel within assigned territories.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Two years of Business-to-Business sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated hunter mentality with the ability to work independently.
• Willing to obtain required industry licenses provided and paid by the company.
• Travel up to 100% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of Rentokil’s programs, protocols, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth and ensure outstanding service.
• Maintain sales activities and performance in the company CRM.
