Job summary

Terminix in Bloomington, Indiana is seeking an Account Executive to sell Commercial Pest Management services to new and existing clients across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail. You will develop proposals, conduct inspections conceptually, and participate in a training program, with travel up to 100% within your territory and a focus on building relationships and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of Business to Business sales experience preferred.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests, pest harborage, pest entries, etc.; sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for Commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of Rentokil’s programs, protocols, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure delivery of service solutions.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company sales CRM.
