Job summary

Terminix is seeking an Account Executive to sell Commercial Pest Management Services and Products to new and existing commercial customers across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail sectors. You will learn pest inspection, assessment, and then craft proposals and presentations to drive sales in a results-oriented environment.

You will travel within assigned territory, build partnerships with internal teams, and use our CRM to track performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests, pest harborage, pest entries, etc.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for commercial customers based on assessment findings.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of Rentokil’s programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships and collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure outstanding service.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company sales CRM.
