Job summary

Terminix is seeking Account Executives to sell pest management services to new and existing commercial customers across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail sectors. You will learn our programs, identify infestations, and present proposals to close deals.

The role involves prospecting, territory development, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver superior service and growth. Strong communication and customer-service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of Business-to-Business sales experience preferred.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills required.
• Willingness to prospect, network, and cold-call for new business.
• Hunter mentality with ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads and referrals.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions to commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximize growth and deliver outstanding service.
• Maintain daily activity and sales performance in the company CRM.
