Job summary

Terminix in the United States is seeking an Account Executive to sell pest management services to commercial customers. You will inspect facilities, identify infestations, and present pest control solutions to maintain and grow client relationships.

The role emphasizes prospecting, territory development, and knowledge of Rentokil programs and pricing. You will work in a results-driven environment with technical sales training and a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Two years B2B sales experience preferred, including prospecting skills.
• Self-motivated with hunter mentality; ability to work independently.
• Will obtain any required industry licenses provided and paid by the company.
• Travel up to 100% within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for commercial clients.
• Develop territory strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil’s programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximize growth opportunities and ensure service excellence.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance updates in the CRM.

Education
