• Drive the Go-to-Market Onboarding & Enablement program for U.S. sales teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product and Operations to design and scale curricula.
• Coordinate with SMEs to ensure up-to-date training assets and playbooks.
• Maintain a feedback loop and track skill readiness across the team.
• Manage calendars, logistics and resources for national training programs.
• Mentor field onboarding experiences to achieve full proficiency.
