Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in commercial lending and/or private banking with proven sales track record.
• Strong understanding of C&I loans, SBA loans and/or industry-focused lending.
• Knowledge of banks, credit and deposit products; experience in international activities US–Greater China.
• Strong analytical, marketing/sales, consulting and negotiating skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• High energy, results-oriented and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to influence and connect teams, partners and customers to technology.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly/annual goals through business generation of C&I, CRE, mortgages, SBA, treasury management, deposits, investments, and international products.
• Collaborate with Regional/Branch Manager to develop customer-centric marketing plans and generate new business via prospecting and referrals.
• Maintain understanding of credit policy, eligibility and proper loan package submissions.
• Participate in local/regional business functions and coordinate campaigns/events.
• Provide management with input on policies and competitive practices.
• Educate customers on using digital banking platforms for banking and investing.
