Job summary

East West Bank is seeking a proactive Business Relationship Manager to help deepen client relationships and drive growth across commercial lending and private banking services. You will partner with regional and branch leaders to execute sales strategies and deliver tailored financial solutions.

You will educate customers on digital banking tools, manage credit policy adherence, and participate in regional events to expand the bank's footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in commercial lending and/or private banking with proven sales track record.
• Strong understanding of C&I loans, SBA loans and/or industry-focused lending.
• Experience with international activities between U.S. and Greater China preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly/annual goals through business generation of C&I, CRE, mortgages, SBA, treasury management, deposits, investments, and other products.
• Collaborate with managers to develop and implement customer-centric marketing plans and generate new business through prospecting and referrals.
• Maintain understanding of the bank’s credit policy and ensure complete loan packages.
