Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required with preferred higher education.
• Experience in managing and supervising teams is preferred.
• At least 3 years of high-volume collections experience or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze customer accounts and financial statements.
• Develop strategies to mitigate risk for past due balances.
