SERVPRO of Bay County East is seeking an Account Manager/Collection Specialist to help manage overdue accounts and communicate with customers to arrange payments. The role emphasizes accuracy, a professional tone, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced office environment.

You will monitor accounts, contact customers for payoffs, maintain records, and resolve billing issues while delivering exceptional customer service. 40 hours per week, some overtime possible.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of collections or collections-related experience.
• Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques.
• Familiarity with debt collection laws and regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with professional tone.
• Polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to stay organized and detail‑oriented in a fast-paced office.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and action due follow‑ups.
• Contact customers to arrange debt payoffs and payment plans.
• Keep accurate records and report on collection activity.
• Encourage timely payments and send notices; place liens if needed.
• Resolve billing and customer credit issues while maintaining service.
• Maintain internal and external communications and reports.
• Prepare open invoice reports and perform job close‑out tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service and professional demeanor.
• Answer general calls and greet visitors to the office.
