Fox Rothschild LLP is seeking a Collections/Client Relations Coordinator to manage the accounts receivable portfolio and drive timely payments. You will contact clients, resolve billing discrepancies, and maintain precise records while coordinating with billing and cash application teams to ensure correct posting of payments.

The role requires a strong eye for detail, five years of collection experience in a professional services setting, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum five years of collections experience in a law firm or professional services.
• Experience with 3E and ARCS 3G is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts receivable portfolio to ensure timely collections.
• Contact customers via phone, email, and written correspondence on overdue accounts.
• Investigate and resolve billing/payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate customer records and collection notes.
• Collaborate with billing to ensure invoices are issued correctly and on time.
• Work with Cash Application to post payments accurately and resolve unapplied funds.
• Prepare and distribute aging reports and status updates to management.
• Escalate high‑risk accounts with documentation and recommendations.
• Respond to inquiries with professional service while upholding collection practices.
• Engage with Partners and client teams to ensure payment terms and policies are followed.
