Job summary

Fox Rothschild is seeking a Collections/Client Relations Coordinator to manage accounts receivable and drive timely payments from clients. You will maintain records, communicate with clients, and work with attorneys and staff to resolve billing issues in a professional, compliant manner.

The role emphasizes collaboration with billing and cash applications teams, accurate aging reporting, and escalation of high-risk accounts to Finance leadership when needed.

Qualifications

• Five years of collections experience in a law firm or professional services preferred.
• Strong communication with clients, attorneys and staff.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the accounts receivable portfolio for timely collections.
• Contact customers via phone, email, and written correspondence about overdue accounts.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to billing and payments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and collection notes.
• Collaborate with billing to ensure invoices are accurate and issued on time.
• Coordinate with the Cash Application team to post payments correctly.
