• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate customer records and collection notes.
• Collaborate with billing to ensure invoices are issued on time.
• Escalate unresolved or high-risk accounts to Finance leadership.
• Prepare aging reports and status updates for management.
• Ensure adherence to payment terms and company policies.
