Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor AR portfolio to ensure timely collection of payments.
• Contact customers via phone, email, and written correspondence regarding overdue accounts.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to billing and payments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and collection notes.
• Collaborate with billing to ensure invoices are issued correctly and on time.
• Coordinate with Cash Application to post payments accurately.
• Prepare and distribute aging reports and collection status updates.
• Escalate unresolved or high-risk accounts with clear documentation to Finance leadership.
• Respond to customer inquiries with professional service while maintaining firm collection practices.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to payment terms.
