Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Experience with core cloud computing concepts and enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead technical governance focusing on platform health.
• Provide technical guidance and advocate Google Cloud best practices.
• Drive platform stability and architectural health assessments.
• Advise on and influence product roadmaps based on customer feedback.
• Translate customer needs into actionable feedback for Product/Engineering.
