Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Technical Account Manager to help customers adopt Google Cloud products and manage cloud transformation journeys. You will guide strategic and technical aspects, lead cloud consulting engagements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies to drive customer adoption.

In the United States, compensation includes an annual salary range and a 15% bonus target plus equity and benefits.

Qualifications

8 years in a customer-facing role with stakeholders.
Experience supporting cloud operations, releases, or transformation programs.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English to support client relationships.

Responsibilities

Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by guiding the implementation journey.
Lead across multiple work streams to maintain customer momentum and unblock adoption.
Develop strategic roadmaps and conduct quarterly business reviews with executives.
Plan events and launches with Support, Engineers, and SREs to ensure success.
Create best practices from engagements to scale through partners and accelerate adoption.
