Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of customer-facing technical experience in cloud or IT environments.
• Experience with cloud computing concepts, architecture, security, and data platforms.
• Proven ability to present complex ideas to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Experience supporting customers in cloud operations, launch, and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead Technical Governance focusing on platform health and readiness.
• Provide technical guidance and advocate Google Cloud architecture best practices.
• Drive stability through architectural health assessments and optimization.
• Serve as strategic advisor to address reliability concerns and roadmap feedback.
• Translate customer needs into product feedback to improve service delivery.
