Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to help customers adopt Google Cloud products. You will lead the adoption journey, guiding technical aspects of a cloud transformation and managing cloud consulting engagements to drive customer adoption.

You will work with executives and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions that enable scalable growth for customers worldwide. Compensation includes equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years in a customer-facing role coordinating with stakeholders and driving implementations.
• Experience supporting customers in cloud operations, cloud technical support, cloud escalation management, or cloud consulting.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation journey.
• Advocate for customer needs to overcome blockers and drive new feature development across multiple work streams.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and lead quarterly reviews and executive sessions.
• Plan events and launches with Support, Engineers, and SREs to ensure customer success and guide issues to resolution.
• Develop best practices from engagements to scale through partners and accelerate Google Cloud adoption.
