Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to act as a principal technical advisor for Enterprise Support customers. You will craft and execute strategies to drive adoption of AWS services, including EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFront.

You will own customer relationships, work with engineers, and engage senior leadership on incidents and risk management. Travel 10%+ as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for three (3) of the following: compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in a distributed systems environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services.
• Represent AWS as a technical advisor to customers and engage with senior leadership on incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
