Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as a principal technical advisor to Enterprise customers, guiding adoption and optimization of AWS services across compute, storage, databases, and analytics.

You will collaborate with engineers and service teams to resolve issues, advocate best practices, and help customers plan scalable cloud solutions while maintaining security and reliability. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting in a distributed systems environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Not directly hands-on in the customer environment; work with engineers to resolve issues.
• Proactively craft and execute strategies to drive customers' adoption and use of AWS services.
• Travel 10% or more as needed.
