Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to act as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer for Enterprise Support customers.

You will guide adoption of AWS services, coordinate with engineers to resolve issues, and engage with senior leaders to discuss incidents, trade-offs, and risk management. You will travel up to 10% or more as needed and work with customers across Compute, Storage, Databases, and AI/ML services to deliver maximum value from

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical team management experience.
• 5+ years of direct customer engagement, with a focus on support to senior executives (Vice President and C-level).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
• Experience working with enterprise software companies.

Responsibilities

• The TAM role is not directly hands on keyboard within the customer’s environment for troubleshooting, but you will coordinate with engineers to see issues through to resolution and drive adoption of AWS services.
• You will craft and execute strategies to drive customers’ adoption and use of AWS services, and discuss incidents, trade-offs, and risk management with senior leadership.
