Job summary

AWS Global Services is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support customers from startups to Fortune 500 enterprises. You will act as the principal technical advisor, collaborating with engineering teams to resolve issues and guide adoption across EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Lambda, and more.

This is not a sales role but a trusted technical partner who helps ensure operational health and resilience in customers’ AWS environments, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

3+ years of technical engineering experience.
Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting in distributed systems environment.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

Serve as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer to Enterprise Support customers.
Collaborate with engineers and service teams to drive issue resolution and strategic adoption of AWS services.
Advise on best practices to design, implement, and operate cloud solutions across Compute, Storage, DB, and Security domains.
