Job summary

AWS is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support and influence customer innovation across cloud services. You will be the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer, guiding enterprise clients from startups to Global 500 on AWS implementations.

You will travel as needed and engage with senior leaders to ensure operational health and optimal AWS service adoption. This is not a sales role, but a technical leadership position within Enterprise Support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience in a 24x7 operational services or support environment.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute technical cloud strategies to drive customers adoption and use of AWS services.
• Represent AWS at customer meetings and drive discussions with senior leadership on operational excellence, cloud maturity, and risk management.
• Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to plan and build solutions using AWS best practices.
