Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Support Technical Account Manager to act as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer for organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 enterprises.

You will work with engineers and service teams to resolve issues end-to-end, and you will proactively craft strategies to drive adoption of AWS services while ensuring environments stay healthy and resilient. Travel of about 10% or more may be required.

Qualifications

Experience in a similar role such as technical account manager, consultant, solutions architect, platform engineer, systems engineer, cloud architect, or service delivery manager
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for two (2) of the following: compute, storage, networking, CDN, databases, DevOps, big data and analytics, security, or applications development in a distributed systems environment
Experience designing, implementing, operating or consulting on distributed applications

Responsibilities
