Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, math, or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent, or 4+ years of technical work experience.
• 6+ years of technical engineering experience.
• 7+ years of experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting in a distributed environment.

• Proactively keep customers’ AWS environments operationally healthy and resilient.
• Travel up to 10% or more as needed.
