Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer for Enterprise Support customers. You will work with engineers and service teams to resolve issues, craft strategies, and drive adoption of AWS services across diverse industries.

This role requires travel of about 10% or more and involves influencing senior leadership on incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical engineering experience.
• 7+ years of experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for four of the following: Compute / Storage / Networking / CDN / Databases / DevOps / Big Data and Analytics / Security / Applications Development in a distributed systems environment.
• Internal enterprise or external customer-facing experience as a technical lead.
