Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager to act as the principal technical advisor to enterprise customers. You will drive adoption of AWS services, coordinate with engineering teams, and maintain trusted advisor status with senior leadership across multiple technologies.

You will travel as needed (about 10% or more) and work to ensure customers' environments are healthy and resilient, balancing incidents with strategic guidance and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, math, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of technical engineering experience.
• 7+ years of experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting in distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as principal technical advisor and voice of the customer to organizations.
• Coordinate with engineers and service teams to resolve issues and drive adoption of AWS.
• Present to executive leadership on incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
