Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer for Enterprise Support customers.

You will guide customers from startups to Fortune 500s in adopting AWS services and driving resilient, optimized cloud environments. You will collaborate with engineering and service teams to resolve issues, shape strategies, and ensure operational health across compute, storage, databases, and application services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting in distributed systems.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer to organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises.
• Work with engineers and service teams to drive resolution and proactive adoption of AWS services.
• Help customers plan, design, and build scalable, secure cloud solutions using EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, IoT, and more.
• Travel up to 10% or more as needed.
