Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is hiring a Cloud Technical Account Manager for NAMER/US-ISV. You will be the principal technical advisor to enterprise customers, guiding architecture, best practices, and operational health of AWS environments.

You will work with engineers to resolve issues, drive adoption of EC2, S3, DynamoDB, and other AWS services, and travel ~10% as needed. This role is not a sales position but a trusted customer advocate.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting across compute/storage/networking/SaaS in distributed environments.
• Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• The TAM role is not directly hands on keyboard; you will work with engineers and service teams to see issues through to resolution.
• You will craft and execute strategies to drive customers' adoption and use of AWS services, including EC2, S3, DynamoDB & RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, IoT, and more.
• Your technical acumen and customer-facing skills will enable you to represent AWS within a customer’s environment and discuss incidents, trade-offs, and risk management with senior leadership.
